Zsófi – Pet Grooming

I love animals and I have experience in caring for all different kind from reptiles through pets to farm animals. I want to become a vet and for that I had to do clinical and non-clinical work experience where I spent time on farms with farmers and veterinarians as well as in clinics. I am also experienced in treating small wounds or guving medicine to animals. Furthermore, I used to volunteer at a shelter where I learned to tame stray cats and dogs and get them accustomed to humans. I just moved here from Budapest and I really miss my cat so I need this job to fill in the whole in my heart. I used to have a dog and then a rat but unfortunately they both passed away due to old age. Now, I have a cat that we adopted from the shelter I volunteered at. She was super scared for years of everything so it was a tough job to make her feel comfortable in our home. She also has a condition which required getting in her to the vet regularly and giving her medicine daily. Because of that I have experience in giving her medicine, regulating her diet and occasionally giving her vaccinations. Unfortunately, I had to leave Hungary for university so she is living with only my mom now. I miss her very much but luckily we manage to face time every month haha! As I am not only a former pet owner, but also a veterinary student, I have professional training in animal handling, safety amd husbandry for all kinds of species. That being said, I am not a qualified vet. Nevertheless, I am happy to have conversations about what we study or how we can locate some good rescources for animal care or organizations. I love animals because they are honest and loving. They brighten up everyone's day with their playfulness the least I can do is try and help them when their owner is away.
